スエードなのに、品が崩れない理由 ーWHA-0001S という選択 ー

スニーカーは、楽だ。
だが、大人にとって「楽」だけでは足りない。
清潔感があり、足元だけで佇まいが整い、
そして毎日履けること。

その条件をすべて満たすスニーカーは、
実は多くない。

WH（ダブルエイチ）のWHA-0001S は、
Alto e Diritto 別注として仕立てられた
レザースニーカーだ。

既存モデルをベースにしたものではない。
Alto e Dirittoの基準のために、
木型を一から設計したスニーカーだ。

私たちが考える
「大人が毎日履けるスニーカーとは何か」
その問いを起点に、
シルエット、バランス、履いたときの印象までを
最初から組み立てている。

このモデルは、
一見するとスポーティーな顔つきをしている。
だが、履いた瞬間に分かる。
これは”軽さ”や”勢い”で作られた靴ではない。

木型（FASTER Last）は、スニーカーでありながら
足のラインを過剰に主張しない。
横から見たとき、自然に、しかし確実に脚が綺麗に見える。

細すぎず、かといってルーズでもない。
この絶妙なバランスが、スニーカーを「日常着」ではなく
「装いの一部」に引き上げている。

そしてアウトソール。
厚みのあるビブラムソールは、単なるボリュームではない。
安定感と脚長効果を同時に成立させるための選択だ。

スニーカーなのに、姿勢が整う。
履く人の重心が、自然と真ん中に戻る。
WHA-0001Sの強さは、こうした”履いた後の変化”にある。

今回の第2弾では、アッパーにスエードを採用した。
だが、これは雰囲気を変えるためではない。

スエードは一歩間違えると、途端にラフに傾く素材だ。
とくに黒は、安っぽく見えるものも多い。

それでもこの一足が崩れないのは、
素材と構造の関係が最初から計算されているからだ。

ボリュームのあるソール、整った木型、
そして抑制されたアッパー。
どこか一つでも弱ければ、このバランスは成立しない。

WHA-0001Sは、
「スニーカーだから仕方ない」という逃げをしない。

カジュアルでありながら、大人の足元として成立する。
その境界線を、静かに、しかし確実に越えている。

2026年新作。
Alto e Diritto 別注として仕立てたスエード第2弾は、
このモデルの完成度をもう一段、深いところへ引き上げた。

Sneakers are easy.
But for an adult, “easy” alone isn’t enough.
They need to look clean, bring composure to your stance with just your feet,
and be something you can wear every day.

Sneakers that truly meet all of those conditions
are rarer than you’d think.

WH’s WHA-0001S is a leather sneaker
crafted as an Alto e Diritto exclusive.

This is not a modification of an existing model.
It was designed from the ground up—starting with the last—
to meet Alto e Diritto’s standard.

We began with one question:
“What does a sneaker have to be, to be worn by an adult every single day?”
From that starting point, everything was built from scratch—
the silhouette, the balance, and the impression it gives once it’s on.

At first glance, it looks sporty.
But the moment you step into it, you understand:
this is not a shoe made for “lightness” or “momentum.”

The last (FASTER Last), despite being a sneaker,
never overstates the line of the foot.
From the side, your legs look naturally—yet unmistakably—better.

Not too slim, not loose.
That precise balance elevates the sneaker beyond “everyday casual”
and turns it into a true part of your outfit.

Then there’s the outsole.
The thick Vibram sole isn’t volume for volume’s sake—
it’s a deliberate choice to achieve both stability
and a subtle leg-lengthening effect.

It’s a sneaker, yet your posture improves.
Your center of gravity returns to the middle, effortlessly.
The strength of the WHA-0001S lies in that kind of change—
what happens after you put it on.

For this second release, we chose suede for the upper.
But not to simply change the mood.

Suede can easily tip into “too casual” if done wrong.
And black suede, in particular, often ends up looking cheap.

This pair holds its form because the relationship
between material and structure was calculated from the start.

A substantial sole.
A well-formed last.
And a restrained upper.
If even one of those elements were weaker, the balance would collapse.

The WHA-0001S refuses the excuse of
“it’s a sneaker, so it can’t be helped.”

It’s casual—yet it stands as an adult’s footwear.
Quietly, but decisively, it crosses that line.
