だからこそ、願ってしまう。
あの静かな視線の中に、
人がまだ辿り着けていない
倫理の原型があるのではないかと。

床に身を預けるその姿に、
争いも、誇示も、説明もない。
ただ在るだけで、
空間と気配の輪郭が整っていく。

時間が教えたのは、
強さとは奪うことではなく、
他者を踏みつけずに、
世界を静かに整えることだということ。

猫は語らない。
だがその沈黙は、今日も確かに
世界を少しだけ整えている。

人が忘れた倫理を、
猫はもう生きている。

Cats are already living
the ethics humanity forgot.

That is why I cannot help but wish.
Within that quiet gaze,
there may be the original form of ethics
that humanity has not yet reached.

In the way it surrenders itself to the floor,
there is no conflict, no display, no explanation.
By simply being there,
the contours of space and presence begin to settle.

What time has taught me is this:
strength is not the act of taking.
It is the ability
to quietly bring order to the world
without trampling others.

A cat does not speak.
And yet, in that silence,
it is surely, even now,
putting the world slightly back into place.

The ethics that humanity forgot,
the cat is already living.
