— 時間が育てたもの。 / What Time Has Nurtured —

人生は、

縁を集める旅ではない。

縁を育てる旅なのだと思う。

若い頃は、
たくさんの人と出会うことが
豊かさだと思っていた。

遠くへ行き、
多くを知り、
誰よりも広く繋がることが
価値だと思っていた。

けれど、
時間は違うことを教えてくれる。

本当に大切な縁は、
出会った瞬間に決まるのではない。

何年もかけて、

信頼を積み重ね、

約束を守り、

困った時に手を差し伸べ、

嬉しい時に共に笑う。

その繰り返しの中で、
少しずつ育っていく。

縁とは奇跡ではない。

日々の誠実さが育てるものだ。

だから、

数は減ってもいい。

派手でなくてもいい。

残るべき縁は、
時間が選んでくれる。

振り返れば、

人生を変えたのは、
一度きりの劇的な出会いではなく、

長い年月の中で、
静かに育ち続けてくれた人たちだった。

人も。

物も。

店も。

すべて同じなのかもしれない。

大切なのは、
どれだけ集めたかではない。

どれだけ大切に育てたか。

時間を越えて残るものは、
いつだって愛情を注いだものだけだ。

Life is not a journey
of collecting connections.

It is a journey
of nurturing them.

When we are young,
we tend to believe
that meeting many people
is a form of richness.

But time teaches us otherwise.

True bonds are not decided
at the moment we meet.

They are slowly cultivated
through years of trust,
kept promises,
quiet kindness,
and laughter shared
in ordinary moments.

A bond is not a miracle.

It is something grown
by sincerity, day by day.

Numbers may decrease.

That is fine.

What is meant to remain
will be chosen by time.

Looking back,
what changed my life
was never a dramatic encounter,

but the people
who continued to stay,
quietly and deeply,
through the years.

People.

Objects.

A store.

Perhaps they are all the same.

What matters is not
how much we collect.

It is how deeply
we care for what remains.

What endures beyond time
is always what was loved
with quiet devotion.
