白いしつけ糸を纏い、
身体と服が、
互いの輪郭を探していく。

仮縫い。

それは、
寸法を合わせるだけの工程ではない。

Sartoria Curvartiを率いるテーラー、
片桐 丈博氏が、

立ち姿を見つめ、
肩の傾きを読み、
身体の曲線に耳を澄ませる。

二十年以上磨いてきた、
パターン、フィッティング、縫製。

その手仕事が、
着る人の中にある輪郭を、
静かに引き出していく。

Curva。曲線。
Arti。芸術。
Artigianale。手仕事。

その思想は、
未完成の一着に、
すでに現れている。

酷暑の中で行う、
カシミヤコートの仮縫い。

冬は、まだ遠い。

けれど、
永く着る一着は、
冬を待つ時間から始まっている。

begin to discover each other’s contours.

Takehiro Katagiri,
the tailor behind Sartoria Curvarti,

observes the posture,
reads the slope of the shoulders,
and listens to the curves of the body.

More than twenty years
of patternmaking, fitting, and tailoring.

Through his hands,
the character already within the wearer
is quietly drawn out.

Artigianale. Handcraft.

That philosophy
is already present
within this unfinished coat.

A cashmere coat fitting
in the height of summer.

Winter is still far away.
