こんばんは。
2025年も、
Alto e Diritto に足を運んでくださった皆様へ、
年の締めのご挨拶です。

12月27日（土）、
年内最後の営業を無事に終えました。
この一日をもって、
今年の店の灯りはいったん静かに落ちました。

年末年始は 12/28〜1/4 がお休み、
年始は 1/5 から再開 です。

一年というのは、
数字にすれば誰にとっても同じ「365」だけど、
実際は平等じゃない。
同じ一日でも、軽く流れていく日がある。
逆に、胸の奥にずしりと残る日もある。

時間は”長さ”ではなく、”密度”で人を変える。
何を信じて、何を守って、何を削ったか。
そこに、その人の輪郭が出る。

服屋を続けていると、
つい「売れた」「仕入れた」「イベントができた」みたいな
“結果”に目がいく。
でも、店にとって一番大きいのは、
そこに至るまでの時間そのものだと思っています。

わざわざ名古屋まで来てくださった方。
ふらっと立ち寄って、一着に出会った方。
遠方からオンラインで、信頼を預けてくださった方。

その一つひとつの選択が、
この空間の密度を作ってくれました。

店は、商品を並べる場所じゃない。
選ぶ人の呼吸を整える場所であり、
人生のどこかの瞬間に”寄りかかれる壁”でありたい。

そういう気持ちで、今年も扉を開けてきました。

Alto e Diritto が追っているのは、
流行の速度じゃなく、普遍のスタンダードです。
言い換えれば、「今の自分が信じられるもの」を、
その都度、正直に選ぶこと。

正直さは、楽じゃない。
派手な言葉の方が早いし、迎合した方が楽な日もある。

でも、自分を裏切って得たものは、時間に耐えない。
服も、空間も、人も。
結局、いつか歪む。

だから、淡々とやる。

「淡々」は冷たさじゃない。
余計な誤魔化しをしない強さだと思っています。

言い訳より姿勢。
口数より選び方。
詰め込むより磨く。
足すより削る。

そうやって、今年も一年を積み上げてきました。

2025年は、店の顔である「服」だけでなく、
Alto e Diritto の世界観を形づくる要素も、
より立体的に動いた一年でした。

イベントやオーダー、受注会は、単に”買う”時間じゃない。
「自分の人生側に寄せていく」ための時間だと思っています。

誰かの身体に合わせて、誰かの癖に合わせて、誰かの未来に合わせて、
形が決まる。
その過程には、静かな覚悟がある。

そこを一緒に作れたことが、今年の誇りです。

そして何より、
今年もこの店が”空気”を保てたのは、
皆様の価値観があったからです。

目立つ正解より、静かな本物を選ぶ。
説明しなくても伝わるものを愛する。

そんな感覚を共有できる人がいるという事実が、
どれだけ心強いか。

「ありがとうございます」だけでは足りないのに、
結局それしか言えない。
でも、その不器用な一言の奥に、こちらの全部を込めます。

12月27日も、最後まで”いつも通り”で終えました。
特別に飾るのではなく、最後まで姿勢を崩さない。
それが自分の”硬派”だと思っています。

2025年、本当にありがとうございました。

来年も、淡々と、しかし確実に。
もっと研ぎ、もっと深く。

Good evening.

To everyone who visited Alto e Diritto in 2025,
this is my year-end message of gratitude.

On Saturday, December 27,
we safely completed our final business day of the year.
With that, the lights of the shop have quietly gone out
for now.

We will be closed from 12/28 to 1/4,
and we will reopen on 1/5.

A year is “365” for everyone on paper,
but in reality, time is not equal.
Some days pass lightly.
Others stay deep in your chest.

Time changes a person not by its “length,”
but by its “density.”
What you believe in.
What you protect.
What you cut away.
That is where your outline appears.

When you run a clothing store,
it’s easy to fixate on “results” like
“It sold,” “We bought,” “We hosted an event.”
But I believe the greatest thing for a shop
is the time itself that led us there.

Those who came all the way to Nagoya.
Those who dropped in and met a single piece.
Those who trusted us from afar online.

Each of those choices
built the density of this space.

A shop is not just a place to line up products.
I want it to be a place that steadies your breathing—
a wall you can lean on for a moment
somewhere in your life.

With that in mind,
I opened the door again and again this year.

What Alto e Diritto pursues
is not the speed of trends,
but a universal standard.
In other words: choosing honestly, every time,
what I can truly believe in at that moment.

Honesty isn’t easy.
Flashy words are faster,
and going along with the crowd can feel easier.

But what you gain by betraying yourself
doesn’t endure time.
Clothes, space, people—
eventually, it all warps.

So I keep it steady.

“Steady” doesn’t mean cold.
It means the strength to avoid
unnecessary deception.

Posture over excuses.
How you choose over how much you say.
Polish rather than cram.
Subtract rather than add.

That’s how I stacked this year.

In 2025, it wasn’t only the “clothes”—
the face of the shop—
that moved forward.
The elements that shape the Alto e Diritto worldview
also moved in fuller, more dimensional ways.

Events, custom orders, and order fairs
aren’t just time to “buy.”
I believe they are time to bring things closer
to your own life.

A form is decided—
to someone’s body,
to someone’s habits,
to someone’s future.
There is a quiet resolve in that process.

Being able to build that together
is what I’m proud of this year.

And more than anything,
the reason this shop could keep its “air” this year
is because of your values.

Choosing quiet authenticity
over loud “right answers.”
Loving what speaks
without explanation.

How reassuring it is
to know there are people
who share that sensibility.

“Thank you” is never enough,
but in the end it’s the only thing I can say.
So I put everything I have
into that clumsy phrase.

On December 27,
we finished the year still “as usual”
to the very end.
Not decorating it as something special—
but not breaking posture
until the last moment.
That’s what I call
my kind of hard-boiled.

Thank you, truly, for 2025.

Next year as well—
steady, but certain.
Sharper. Deeper.
