昨夜は、
Tout La Joie Ism へ。

一皿ごとに、
手間と時間の奥行きがあり、
言葉にする前に心が動いた。

美味しい。
だけでは終わらない。

空間も、会話も、料理も、
全部に “丁寧” が宿っていた。

昨夜聞いた話も、
笑いながら語られていたけれど、
その奥には、
それぞれが積み重ねてきた時間があった。

だから、刺さる。
だから、人は惹かれる。

クソほど笑った夜なのに、
帰り道は妙に静かだった。

人に優しく。
今できることを、丁寧に。
結局、それしか残らないのだと思う。

料理も、人生も、
積み重ねた時間は嘘をつかない。

深さとは、
派手さではなく、
積み重ねた時間が滲み出ることだ。

Last night,
I went to Tout La Joie Ism.

Each dish carried
the depth of time and care,
and moved my heart before words could follow.

Delicious.
But it was more than that.

The space, the conversations, the food —
everything held a sense of sincerity.

The stories I heard last night
were told with laughter,
yet behind them
was the time each person had lived through.

That is why they reached me.
That is why people are drawn in.

It was a night of endless laughter,
yet the walk home felt strangely quiet.

Be kind to people.
Do what I can do now, with care.
In the end, perhaps that is all that remains.

Food and life both prove one thing:
accumulated time never lies.
