2月8日（日） 完全予約制
― 雪の日に、すべてが揃った ―

東京は、雪が積もっていた。
静かで、白くて、音が消える朝だった。

それでも、受注会は無事に開催できた。
ご予約いただいていた方の、約9割が、
約束どおり、その時間に、その場所に立ってくれた。

雪で交通手段がなく、
どうしても来られなかった方もいた。
それでも、不思議と「足りなかった」という感覚はない。

この一日は、
密度として、完全だった。

今回の受注会は、本当に素晴らしかった。
理由は単純だ。

すべてのお客様と、
ひとりひとり、ゆっくり向き合えたからだ。

急かされることもなく、
説明を削る必要もなく、
こちらの気持ちを、言葉として、温度として、
きちんと手渡すことができた。

結果として、
ご来店いただいたすべての方に、
レザーのご予約をいただいた。

でもそれは、
「売れたから良かった」という話じゃない。

なぜ、僕らが完全予約制を選んだのか。
その答えは、
ここに書かなくていい。

来てくれた人だけに、
あの空気の中で、
自然と伝わっていれば、それでいい。

効率のためでもない。
特別感の演出でもない。

人と、きちんと向き合うための構造。
それが、完全予約制だった。

雪は、すべてを遅くする。
でも、遅くなるからこそ、
見えるものがある。

足元を確かめるように歩き、
言葉を選び、
沈黙を恐れずに立つ。

あの日の雪は、
この受注会を、
忘れられない一日にしてくれた。

商いは、派手じゃなくていい。
人生も、器用じゃなくていい。

ただ、
真っすぐ生きているか。
そこだけは、誤魔化せない。

2月8日。
雪の日。

この一日が証明してくれた。
真っすぐ積み重ねてきた時間は、
ちゃんと、真っすぐ返ってくる。

来てくれた皆さまへ。
ご予約してくれた皆さまへ。
この場を信じてくれたことに、
心から、感謝しています。

俺らは、

選ばれる側ではなく、
信じた道を、選び続ける側でありたい。

— On a Snowy Day, Everything Fell Into Place —

Tokyo was covered in snow.
A quiet morning—white, muted,
as if the city itself had lowered its voice.

And still, the order exhibition took place safely.
Nearly 90% of those who reserved a slot
stood exactly where they promised—
at that time, in that place.

Some couldn’t make it.
The snow stole their routes,
their trains, their options.

Yet strangely, nothing felt lacking.

That day was—
complete in density.

It was a truly exceptional exhibition.
The reason is simple.

Because we could face every customer,
one by one, slowly.

No rushing.
No cutting explanations short.
No trimming away what mattered.

We were able to hand over our intention—
not just as information,
but as words, as temperature,
as something real.

As a result,
every guest who came
placed a leather order.

But this isn’t a story about “selling well.”
That’s not the point.

Why we chose an appointment-only format—
I don’t need to write the answer here.

If it was understood naturally,
in that air, in that silence,
by those who were there—
then that is enough.

It wasn’t for efficiency.
It wasn’t for “exclusivity.”

It was a structure
built to face people properly.

That is what “appointment only” meant to us.

Snow slows everything down.
But precisely because it slows the world,
certain things become visible.

You walk as if confirming the ground beneath you.
You choose your words.
You stand without fearing silence.

That snow
turned this exhibition
into an unforgettable memory.

Life doesn’t need to be clever.

Only one thing cannot be faked:
