ただWHに、BLACKのチャッカブーツをお願いしたわけではない。

Alto e Dirittoが考える、レザーに合う靴。スラックスに合う靴。

デニムにも自然に繋がる靴。そして、何年経っても古くならない靴。

その答えを、WHと一緒に考えた。

起点は、ヴィンテージのアメリカンチャッカ。

そこから武骨さを削り、ドレスシューズの緊張感を加える。

2アイレット、プレーントゥ、長く静かに伸びるノーズ。

選んだ革は、深い艶を育てていく JAPAN CORDOVAN と、

端正な肌理と美しい光沢を持つ Du Puy CHATEAUBRIAND CALF。

どちらも、BLACK。

流行を追った一足ではない。

Alto e Dirittoの服を着る人の、これからの足元を考えた一足。

WHと考え、辿り着いたのが、このWHA-0002。

OUR CHUKKA BOOTS.

PRE-ORDER STARTS TODAY.

We didn’t simply ask WH to make a BLACK chukka boot.

We thought about the shoes that belong with Alto e Diritto. Shoes for leather. Shoes for trousers.

Shoes that sit naturally with denim. And shoes that will still look right years from now.

We found that answer together with WH.

The starting point was a vintage American chukka boot.

From there, we stripped away the ruggedness and introduced the tension of a dress shoe.

Two eyelets, a plain toe, and a long, quietly extended nose.

For the leather, we chose JAPAN CORDOVAN, which develops a deeper lustre with time,

and Du Puy CHATEAUBRIAND CALF, defined by its refined grain and elegant depth of shine.

Both in BLACK.

This is not a shoe made to follow a trend.

It is a shoe conceived for the future of those who wear Alto e Diritto.

WHA-0002 is where that shared vision with WH led us.
