2019年のWHZ-0011。
あれから時間を重ねたコードバンが、再びAltoへ戻ってきた。
今回のご依頼は、レザーソールへの張り替え。

修理というより、続きをつくるためのカスタム。
コードバンの艶を残しながら、足元の空気を変える。
今回は、鬼張替。

服も靴も、新品の瞬間だけが美しいわけじゃない。
履いて、傷が入り、磨いて、また手を入れる。
時間を通って、その人だけのものになっていく。

変えないことだけが、愛着ではない。
長く付き合うために、変えることもある。
変わりながら、残っていく。

買い替えるより、手を入れる。
新しくするより、深くする。

2019 → 2026.

This time, the request was a complete resole in leather.

More than a repair, it is a custom made to continue the story.
Keeping the depth and shine of the cordovan, while changing the atmosphere underfoot.
This time, a full-on resole.

Clothes and shoes are not only beautiful when they are new.
You wear them, mark them, polish them, and work on them again.
Through time, they become something that belongs only to you.

Keeping something unchanged is not the only form of attachment.
Sometimes, you change it precisely because you want to keep it longer.
Changing, yet remaining.

Rather than replacing it, work on it.
Rather than making it new, make it deeper.
