何も入っていない器を、
美しいと思うことがある。
花がなくても、水がなくてもいい。
ただ、そこに置かれているだけで、
形も、質感も、影も残る。
何かを足すことで、
完成するものばかりではない。
空であることまで含めて、美しいものがある。
満たすことだけが、
豊かさではない。
残しておくこと。
空けておくこと。
美しさには、
余白がいる。
Sometimes,
an empty vessel is beautiful.
It needs no flowers, no water.
Simply being there,
its form, texture, and shadow remain.
Not everything is completed
by adding something.
Some things are beautiful precisely because they are empty.
Being full
is not the only kind of richness.
Leaving something untouched.
Leaving some space.
Beauty
needs room to breathe.
