Netflixで
「素晴らしき新世界」を
ぼんやり眺めていた休日。

静かな部屋。
黒いブラインド。
止まったような午後。

その時、
突然ひょうが降り出した。

窓を叩く音が、
まるで警告みたいに響いていた。

ベランダは、
一瞬で白く埋まり、
街の輪郭まで変えていく。

その直前の静寂だけが、
妙に心に残った。

世界は便利になった。
言葉も、情報も、繋がりも増えた。

けれど、
本当に大切なものほど、
静かな時間の中でしか見えない。

黒を纏い、
沈黙を知り、
少しだけ孤独を受け入れた者から、
人はようやく、
“自分の輪郭” を取り戻していく。

窓を叩いていたのは、
ひょうじゃなかったのかもしれない。

人生そのものが、
何かを問いかけていた。

On a day off,
I was quietly watching
Brave New World on Netflix.

A silent room.
Black blinds.
An afternoon that felt frozen.

Then, suddenly,
hail began to fall.

The sound striking the window
echoed like a warning.

In an instant,
the balcony turned white,
and even the outline of the city changed.

What stayed with me
was the silence just before it.

The world has become convenient.
Words, information,
and connections have all multiplied.

And yet,
the things that truly matter
can only be seen in quiet time.

Only those who wear black,
understand silence,
and accept a little solitude
begin to recover
the outline of who they are.

Perhaps what was hitting the window
was not hail.

Perhaps life itself
was asking me something.
